Nsikelelo Mthiyane is a 21-year-old South African actress. She is best known for her debut role of Sibongile in the Mzansi Wethu drama series Sibongile & The Dlaminis. When she landed this role she was nervous since it was a her first lead role and she was replacing Luyanda Zwane as a lead character.

Personal life of Nsikelelo Mthiyane
Nsikelelo Mthiyane was born in 2003 in Richards Bay, KwaZulu Natal province in South Africa. Growing up, Nsikelelo had a desire to become an actor. She first got her acting debut role when she was 14 years old. At that tender age, she got the opportunity to act in a film but it was never published because of financial difficulties.
At school, Nsikelelo loved sports and she did athletics. She said when Luyanda Zwane left the character to her, it was like in the athletics when one runner hand over a baton stick to the next runner.
Nsikelelo has a teaching degree and she is currently studying towards a journalism degree.
Acting career of Nsikelelo Mthiyane
Nsikelelo’s acting calling might have started when she was 14, but there was a moment in life when she thought she won’t take acting serious. This is probably when she decided to go acquire a teaching degree.
In 2024 she landed her first television acting role on Sibongile & The Dlaminis. On this show, Nsiki plays the role of Sibongile which was previously portrayed by Luyanda Zwane. So, she is our new Sibongile in the Sibongile & The Dlaminis.
