There has been speculations upon why Romeo Medupe had disappeared on etv mid week drama, Scandal. Most publishers and blogs published that Romeo had finally left Scandal because of certain reasons. But it looks like that wasn’t true since the viewers favourite character has resurfaced on Scandal after disappearing for quite along time. And they are very glad to see him back on the show.
For sure there was no clear reason why Hungani Ndlovu who plays the character of Romeo Medupe had disappeared on the sure. Some publishers said Hungani had a clash with one of the divas actors on Scandal. Others said he had left for an American comedian drama called Black-ish, while others said he was fired. But there was no clear picture why Hungani was off screen for the past six weeks.
Fans were displeased and complained
During that time when Romeo had disappeared on the drama, fans were very displeased with this. They enjoyed watching Scandal because of Romeo. Most viewers promised that if Scandal producers don’t bring back Romeo Medupe on the screen, they will stop watching the soapie. They said “no Romeo no Scandal because Romeo is equals to Scandal.”
So, somehow the producers of etv’s daily and most popular soapie ‘Scandal’ has decided to bring back Romeo Medupe. And surely the viewers are very happy with his re-appearance on the show.
According to another blog post that was recently published on social media, Hungani Ndlovu aka Romeo Medupe, never left Scandal. He was neither fired nor did he resigned for any reason. It’s only Hungani was on a leave or he had taken a break from the show but he was certainly coming back to the show.
But apart from this, viewers believe that Hungani had been fired from Scandal it’s only Scandal producers saw that firing him would cause the show to lose viewers so they brought him back on the show.
