Khulu Skenjana’s early life

Khulu was born in South Africa’s Gauteng region on April 6, 1982, in Soweto, Johannesburg. He was born in Soweto and now lives in Johannesburg. English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa, and isiSetswana are all spoken by him with ease. [1]

Personal affairs

He was married to Mona, another actress. They were married in 2016 and had been together with their two kids for four years. On November 16, 2017, he gave birth to his second child, Amani-Amaza Wamazulu Skenjana, who passed away seven days later. Ase-Ahadi Lesemole Mamphai Skenjana, his oldest child, was born in August 2016. On her Twitter page, Mona announced the news and explained why they couldn’t stay together.

In the SABC1 miniseries Entabeni (2008), which was a part of the network’s “Shakespeare in Mzansi” strand, Khulu played the lead character Kumkani. His breakthrough came when he was cast in the major motion picture Jerusalema. He has also appeared in 48, Zama Zama, Sniper Reloaded, Skin, and Invictus, among other movies. From July to August 2008, he portrayed Mandla in the SABC2 miniseries Noah’s Ark. From 2010 to 2011, he portrayed David Tabane in the drama series The Mating Game on SABC2 and Thomas in the SABC2 youth drama series Hola Mpinji.

Khulu also had a cameo role in the NBC drama series The Philanthropist, in 2008. Other television series he has acted in include Sokhulu & Partners, Rhythm City, Generations, Binnelanders, Hola Mpinji, A Place Called Home and Jozi-H. Despite his emphatic denials, the Scandal! actor allegedly paid lobola for his approximately two-year lover Kholeka Nxumalo in June, according to insiders. There are rumors that Khulu (42) and Kholeka are expecting a child together.In 2020, he divorced the actress Mona Monyane.

“This isn’t accurate. Mona announced her engagement last week, and now I’m getting calls, which I find amusing. This is false, I assure you,” Khulu stated. Khulu and Kholeka are in love and can’t wait to wed, according to a person close to them.
