Fundiswa Ngcobo was born in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal Province in South Africa on 17 June 1994. She was raised in Pietermaritzburg but later moved to Johannesburg to pursue her career.

After finishing her studies in Arts and Hospitality Management, Fundiswa got employed to work at Radisson Red Hotel in Johannesburg in Gauteng Province. She then landed her first role in acting, playing a supporting role in a theatre drama called Jabulani South Africa.

Winnie in Scandal etv has a weird but interesting story line. She first appeared as Lady M (Mbali)’s younger sister whom she asks to carry her child after she had a miscarriage. This is how she made it possible, after Winnie agreed, Mbali asked her to sleep with her husband Jojo (by Melusi Mbele) so that she can fall pregnant without Jojo’s knowledge. So, Mbali misled Jojo on the day of the event to drink a lot of alcohol, once he was drunk, Winnie got on bed with Jojo and she fell pregnant.
On the other hand Mbali is still pretending to be pregnant because she did not inform her husband about her miscarriage. Will Jojo find out all these lies in the future, no one knows but lets continue watching.
