Khathu Ramabulana (born 10, September 1993) is a South African actor best known for playing Zweli on Scandal! Etv. However, you may also know him as Detective Max on Netflix’s Shadow. His career span is still not that vast but he is very much known for much.

Khathutshelo Kevin Ramabulana was born on the 10th of September 1993. So, he is 29 years old as of 2022. He grew up there and pretty much completed his entire basic and high school education there. Khathu Ramabulana enrolled for his primary and high education in Soweto. Thereafter, in 2013 he proceeded his study by studying Drama and Theatre Arts from the University of Cape Town. At this point, the actor was cast as Detective Max Makena (starring role). In the Netflix superhero series Shadow. This is his top role to date. He landed his first role on screen in September 2016. Where he played the role of Yonke (recurring role) in the SABC1 soap opera Generations: The Legacy.
Moreover, in 2019, Khathutshelo landed a recurring role of Zweli in Scandal! The character was a married scammer who deflowered Mary while his wife made a video of it. Khathu made his debut in the e.tv soap opera on Valentine’s day. After a week, he appeared in a guest-starring role in season 2, episode 8 of 1Magic polygamy drama series iKhaya.
More recently, in Shadows, a Netflix superhero serial, he was cast as Detective Max Makena. The role is credited as his debut starring role on TV. He was cast as Rendani’s gambling-addicted husband Hulisani in the soap opera broadcast on SABC2 – Muvhango. Ramabulana appeared first in November 2019 and left in the second half of 2020.
