Katlego Moswana Maboe (born 29 October 1986), better known as Katlego Maboe, is a South African television host, singer, songwriter, and accountant. From 2015 to 2016, he was named “Best TV Presenter” at the South African Film And Television Awards on consecutive occasions.
Since its debut on SABC 3 in 2010, he has been known for hosting the talk show Expresso. Katlego Maboe speaks three languages. He speaks Afrikaans, English, and Setswana fluently.

Katlego Maboe went to Potchefstroom Central School, then Potchefstroom Boys High School. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Bachelor of Commerce in Chartered Accounting from North-West University.
Career of Katlego Moswana Maboe
Katlego first gained national attention in 2009, when he appeared on the Afrikaans Lifestyle Magazine series DEKAT. He later hosted the magazine series 50/50 on SABC 2, before moving on to host EXPRESSO on SABC 3 in December 2010.
He hosted the second season of “South Africa’s Strictly Come Dancing.” Katlego has also hosted the South African Film And Television Awards for two seasons (with Minnie Dlamini in 2016 and Thando Thabethe in 2017). He also hosted Tropika Island of Treasure’s eighth and ninth seasons. Katlego composed and performed the official theme song for the show.
Katlego was named HOPE Cape Town Goodwill Ambassador in 2014. His philanthropic work as a result of the0 appointment includes projects focusing on health and education in Cape Town. He rode the Cape Town Cycle Tour with doctor Michael Mol to raise funds for charity in 2011 and 2013. [1]

He will only be allowed to return to work if he is not found guilty.
