
Gqeberha: The Empire Teasers for this April 2026:
Week 1: 1 – 3 April 2026 (Episodes 98–100)
The Makwetu family struggles to cope with Funeka’s situation, while Anda pressures Lulama into speeding up their marriage plans. Meanwhile, tensions rise as Thulani and Nobomi clash with Hlumelo and Nozuko. As Lulama seeks comfort from the love of her life, Msimelelo makes a breakthrough with Funeka. By the end of the week, hope begins to flicker for the Makwetus, but drastic actions and growing suspicions threaten to undo everything.
Week 2: 6 – 10 April 2026 (Episodes 101–105)
Lulama’s sudden change in attitude toward Anda raises eyebrows, while Funeka’s dreams are shattered after overhearing a devastating argument. Desperate, Funeka takes extreme measures, but her return home marks a turning point. Lulama goes to shocking lengths to maintain appearances, even fooling those around her. However, secrets refuse to stay buried as a seer uncovers the truth, just as Funeka and Msimelelo’s future begins to look promising.
Week 3: 13 – 17 April 2026 (Episodes 106–110)
Love is rekindled when Msimelelo proposes to Funeka again, and she happily accepts. Zimkhitha tightens her grip on Ntando’s love life, while Nomaflower works tirelessly to win her approval. Lulama seeks spiritual cleansing, but it comes at a steep price. As relationships are tested, Zimkhitha takes harsh action against Nomaflower, Funeka asserts her dominance, and Lulama finds her way back into her lover’s arms.
Week 4: 20 – 24 April 2026 (Episodes 111–115)
Lulama’s obsession with Thulani intensifies, even as he begins to distance himself. Ntando finally stands up for himself, while Msimelelo struggles to balance the women in his life. Zimkhitha’s manipulations reach their peak, but Ntando refuses to be controlled. Emotional turmoil pushes Lulama to a breaking point, yet she ultimately wins Thulani’s heart—while other relationships begin to crumble under pressure.
Week 5: 27 – 30 April 2026 (Episodes 116–119)
Lulama and Thulani attempt to heal together in secret, but guilt and consequences loom large. Ntando’s actions lead to devastating outcomes for Nomaflower, who tries to reclaim her power. Meanwhile, Nontle embarks on her business journey, learning tough lessons along the way. As tensions rise, Lulama becomes more determined than ever to have Thulani at all costs, while Nomaflower prepares to face her biggest battle yet.
