Lebohang Msiza was born on 15 September 1992 in KwaThema in Springs on the East Rand. He developed interest in acting in his early 20s and experimented with his skills in church. After ironing out hid skills in church, Lebo worked at a salon to save up money to attend acting auditions.
Lebo had no formal education in acting, he just worked twice harder to earned a space during auditions. There is a point where he worked for free only to be in front of the camera to prove his talent to producers. But after proving his passion for acting, he was enrolled at Duma ka Ndlovu acting academy.
Acting career of Lebohang Msiza
Lebo tried to do music, modelling and dancing before settling in a career in acting. After graduating from Duma ka Ndlovu acting academy, Lebo Msiza made his first television appearance in 2015 when he played the role of a journalist on Generations: The Legacy. Later that year he played a celebrity guest in an episode of the e.tv soapie Rhythm City.
In 2016 he played the role of a doctor in the StarTimes One telenovela Maseko Ties. Then in 2017 he featured in the SABC3 reality competition series The Final Cut, making it to the final eight. The very same year he landed a cameo role on the Mzansi Magic telenovela Ring of Lies.
In 2018 he played the role small role in an episode of the SABC1 docu-drama series Now or Never. The following year he played a cop in an episode of the MTV Base drama series MTV Shuga: Down South 2. Lebo has performed in several short films in addition to his television work, such as Greatest Miracle, Tears of Blood, Jealous Makhelwane, Fatherless, Love Triangle, Triggered, and Wedding.
In 2019 Lebo Msiza played his first television role as a starring when he acted as Nkosana in the SABC2 telenovela Lithapo. In 2023 he landed a role on etv drama series Scandal where he played the role of Tiro More alongside Moses Mabuza.
