Mzikayise Makroti started in Kasi theatre production where he got his acting experience. He has also starred in various television dramas and soapies such as Generations, Lock Out, Rhythm City and the popular youth drama Skeem Saam. In 2021 he was appeared on Mzansi Magic drama series of Diep City. On Diep City, Mzikayise plays the role of Fistos.

Kagiso Artist Management by Makroti

In 2016 Makroti founded an organization that manages artist before their television debut. He founded the organization in collaboration with Nomakhosi Matamela called Kagiso Artist Management (KAM). KAM manages singers, actors, voice artist and so on. The management is (probably) the first of it’s kind in West Rand and has got 50 members under its wing. It has produced artists who appeared on various television shows and soapie as extras. KAM holds workshops for budding artists and musicians to prepare them for the tough (entertainment) industry.
