But Ayanda isn’t just a bookworm who was just trying to push time by studying law, he has reasons. In the 2021 online publication by Tshisalive, he revealed that he studied Law in order to help other musicians when they struggle with legal issues.

“Because there are many people that suffer in the music industry, my heart and ambition is to be able to serve and assist my fellow colleagues. Legal services are difficult to come by. It’s pricey, and consultations aren’t cheap,” he told TshisaLIVE. “Whatever legal issues they face in the industry, I want to assist them so that we can improve our industry.” [ ³]

He also revealed that a degree in Law has helped him negotiate better deals for his music career.
