Constance Nalishebo Muleabai is a Zambian politician who was sworn in as the Mayor of tourist city of Livingstone in the Southern Province of Zambia. She was elected during the August Zambian elections defeating the former Mayor from the former ruling party. She was sworn in on the 31st of August 2021. Constance has received compliments from members of parliament from the opposition party and UPND. This includes Patriotic Front Livingstone mayoral candidate, Evans Fanete and Namakau Sianga.

Promises during campaigns
Constance Nalishebo Muleabai promised the people of living stone better life for all. During election campaigns she promised to create and improve recreational facilities for youth, improve Livingstone Library so that young people can divert from illicit activities. She carried on to promise to acknowledge writers, educational system, access to child health services which includes implementing child health programs under child and adolescence such as remote peers group discussions, discussions about family planning, HIV/AIDS and STIs testing, prevention and education, and Voluntary male circumcision. This she promised to deliver after taking office.
